Speed Networking | Public Art Edition 24 May

An afternoon of focused conversations between artists, curators and architects.

WRAP (Weston Rumbold Art Projects) and SORA Interior Architecture, and Design are partnering to offer artists and creatives the opportunity to present their practice in 20-minute sessions to explore process, scale and possibility — and how design, art and architecture might connect more meaningfully.

Aimed at artists, designers and makers who are ready to scale up their practice and gain advice on how their porfolio could be applied to public art contexts, architectural spaces or in-building art commissions.

Sunday 24 May 12:00pm - 4:00pm, 20-minute pitch session per person. Places are limited.

Mark Spraggon – Director, LiFE

Mark has over 20 years of international experience across the UK, Australia and Asia. His work is grounded in strong design narratives, with a focus on creating places that support wellbeing, foster connection, and respond meaningfully to their context.

Known for his thoughtful and considered approach, Mark brings a deep interest in how architecture and art can come together to create richer, more engaging spatial experiences.

Sarah Weston - Director & Co-Founder, WRAP

Sarah brings over 15 years of experience working within the arts and cultural sectors, across art collections, public art, collections management, commissions and cultural projects. Weston has collaborated with leading artists, architects, designers, and institutions to deliver projects that are not only visually compelling but also deeply considered and contextually rich.

Sarah is Co-founder and Director of Weston Rumbold Art Projects (WRAP), a Naarm/Melbourne based art consultancy to curating meaningful, site-responsive public art that connects people, place, and culture. With a deep commitment to fostering artistic excellence, Sarah works at the intersection of art, design, and creative strategy.
