Refund Policy
Refunds
Tickets for these events are non‑refundable, except as required by law or as outlined below.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend the event (no‑shows)
• Personal circumstances, including illness or scheduling conflicts
Guest Cancellations
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Eventbrite messaging before the relevant deadline.
Event Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will be offered:
• a full refund of the ticket price, or
• the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date unless a refund is requested within the timeframe communicated.
Minor changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
Eventbrite Fees
Eventbrite’s service and processing fees are non‑refundable, except where required under Eventbrite’s own policies.
Late Arrival
WRAP’s Melbourne Design Week 2026 Workshops and Dining Experiences are timed events. Late arrival or early departure does not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside this policy may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis but are not guaranteed. All decisions are final.
Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
