Acting as an extension of the artist's studio, we support practitioners at every stage of the commissioning process—from identifying opportunities and preparing submissions through to concept development, budgeting, stakeholder presentations and contract negotiation. As projects progress, we coordinate the complex network of consultants, engineers, fabricators, suppliers and installers required to realise significant public art commissions with confidence and precision.

Our team assists with design development, material research, digital modelling, technical documentation, fabrication coordination, construction methodologies, logistics, installation planning and on-site delivery, allowing artists to remain focused on the creative vision while knowing every technical detail is being expertly managed.

Beyond project delivery, we provide strategic guidance that helps artists build sustainable and enduring careers. From portfolio development and professional representation to licensing opportunities, exhibitions, publications and industry connections, we work collaboratively to expand opportunities, strengthen professional practice and cultivate meaningful creative partnerships.
