An Immersive Dining and Creative Event: Celebrating Care, Connection and Achievement

WRAP partnered with Better Rehab to design and deliver a large-scale creative event bringing together teams from across Australia to celebrate collective achievements, connection and growth over the year.

Our approach was to create an experience that felt both celebratory and meaningful — a space where art, performance, and hospitality came together to honour the company’s impact.

Staged within a warehouse in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, the event transformed an industrial space into an immersive environment of performance, hospitality and shared experience. The program was designed as a bespoke cultural activation, blending art, food, music and live performance to create a celebratory atmosphere grounded in creativity and care.

The evening featured live performances by emerging artists, offering a platform for new voices while engaging guests in moments of surprise and delight. Visual artworks were woven into the setting, bringing atmosphere and depth, and ensuring that creativity was at the heart of the event.

Guests were treated to a program of hospitality as carefully considered as the performances — signature cocktails crafted for the occasion, a 'raw bar' oyster station, and a menu that celebrated seasonal abundance by Melbourne Chef Johnny Hasan. Together, these elements created an environment that was vibrant, social, and deeply memorable.

Our Role

WRAP’s role encompassed the full creative direction and production of the event experience — from conceptual development and spatial programming through to artist commissioning, performer and dining curation, and event delivery. The intention was to create more than a corporate gathering, instead shaping an environment that reflected the values at the heart of Better Rehab’s work: wellbeing, collaboration and human connection.

The Result

Throughout the space, roaming performers activated the warehouse, moving through guests and creating moments of spontaneity and engagement. These live activations were complemented by a curated hospitality experience, including a bespoke menu of canapés and cocktails designed to encourage movement, conversation and shared enjoyment.

Emerging and established artists were brought together to contribute to the program, reinforcing a commitment to creative practice and offering guests an unexpected encounter with contemporary performance and artistic expression within a corporate context.

At its core, the experience explored the intersection between creativity and wellbeing—positioning celebration itself as a meaningful collective act. The event demonstrated how art-led thinking can extend beyond traditional gallery or public realm contexts, shaping experiences that foster connection, recognition and joy.

For Better Rehab, the result was a nationally connected team brought together in a shared moment of reflection and celebration—an experience that reinforced organisational culture while elevating the role of creativity within workplace wellbeing.
